Drop-Offs

After your initial appointment with our pricing team, you may package your items and bring them to the shop. No appointment is necessary. (However, you are always welcome to schedule an appointment to sit with our pricers)

Package your items using Consigning Tips guidelines.

Come into the shop and let the volunteers know you are “dropping off” a consignment.

Once you have given your name and brought in all of your items, the volunteers will process your paperwork and place your items in temporary storage.

Your consignment will be priced, following our standard acceptance procedures, as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 weeks.

You will receive a copy of your consignment pricing sheet in the mail.

Please note that items that are not accepted for consignment cannot be returned. These items will be accepted as donations, and sold at a reduced price in our bargain basement. If you are unsure of the value of an item, make an appointment to meet with our pricers.

We have dedicated most of our newly expanded space to displaying and selling consigned merchandise, therefore we do not have space available to hold items that cannot be priced for consignment.
